Shipping policy

Orders for products in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. 
Pre-ordered custom products and bulk orders will ship in 15-20 business days.
Unless otherwise noted, shipments are made using Standard Shipping guidelines. 
Shipping charges to Hawaii and Canada will be slightly higher than our US flat rates.
TowelChic will provide all documentation and commercial invoices necessary for shipment outside of the US.
TowelChic is not responsible for import/export duty fees, custom clearance and/or custom broker fees.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  Returns may be subject to shipping charges depending on order size.
