Returns & Exchange Policy
Though we are confident that you're going to love our products, here are some ways we can help you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:
Love your purchase or we’ll take it back! We offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you may exchange your unopened product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original (unopened) packaging.
To begin your return or exchange, please send an e-mail to customerservice@towelchic.com. Please include your original order number on the subject line if you have it available.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@towelchic.com and ship your item to:

Please note your order number as a reference on your shipping receipt if you have it available.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchanged to be processed and shipped out to you. Shipping and actual delivery time may vary depending on your geography.
Shipping your return
To return your product, please ship your product to:

If you are shipping items over $50, you may want to consider using a shipping service that may be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the delivery through shipping service providers and you will not be able to track your returned item(s) otherwise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the costs associated with shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Once your return is processed, posting of this credit will depend on your bank’s time to resolve the credit posting.
Important: All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s card on file.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, please first check your bank account again. Next, please contact your credit card company as there is often a number of processing days before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@towelchic.com.
Non-returnable items
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable products: Gift cards, exfoliating hand mitts, soaps, and lotions.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items cannot be refunded.
